Success Factors is an industry leader in the HCM/ HR Tech space
It’s an SAP product that is designed for employees, company administrators and HR liaisons.
It spans the life cycle of an employee right from recruiting to onboarding and maintains the employee database throughout their employment term. It addresses key areas like employee payroll, time management, rewards, benefits, learning and up-skilling.
Admin &
HR User Tasks
Supports HR representatives and administrators in creating rules and programs that help in monitoring and managing different functions of the organisation.
Employee &
Manager User Tasks
Enables the employee to perform simple tasks like applying for a vacation, checking their payslip to complex annual tasks of enrolling for benefit programs, reviewing and planning compensation & bonus.
Roles & Responsibilities
End-to-end designs for employee & admin experiences with a primary focus on Benefits, Rewarding & Onboarding functional areas.

Collaborated with research, product and engineering team to create robust features that enhance existing product areas or solve un-met customer needs.

Lead design sprint and design thinking workshops when required to push the product’s capabilities.
